Where Curiosity Meets Craft

My Story

The Best Classroom: Growing Up with Art

My earliest memories aren't of learning art; they're of living it. With my father being an artist, creativity was the air I breathed. I was often sitting right beside him, completely lost in the magic as he worked, especially when he brought my school projects to life. He wasn't just showing me how to draw; he was showing me a world of possibilities. Though I eventually took a natural break from art during my early teens—a typical shift in focus—that foundation of wonder never truly left me.

The Spark of Rediscovery: Finding My Own Path

It started innocently. During a school break, I picked up a pencil purely for the fun of it. The casual sketching continued through college, a quiet companion on bus rides and in free moments. But it was the pandemic lockdown that truly ignited the flame. Suddenly, I had the time to go deep. I drew daily, not out of obligation, but out of a desperate need to create and explore.

This period was a revelation. My old art teacher’s words came back to me: “Design is everywhere.” I stopped seeing just "things" and started seeing intent. The cleverness of packaging, the clarity of a logo—it all struck me as a brilliant form of visual conversation. That’s when my focus shifted from just art to the purposeful, problem-solving world of design.

The Unstoppable Drive: Self-Taught and Professionally Driven

I didn't wait for a formal class; I just jumped in. My education became a personal project built on hours of intense self-teaching. I learned the fundamentals of Adobe Creative Suite and even dove into basics of Blender by devouring every YouTube tutorial and design book I could find. It was a steep learning curve, full of frustration and small, exhilarating victories.

That raw portfolio of self-taught work landed me my first internship. I threw myself into it—giving my absolute best because this wasn't just a job; it was my dream. The commitment paid off, leading to my promotion as a Senior Graphic Designer.

My Next Horizon: The Power of Versatility

The promotion was a milestone, not a finish line. I genuinely believe that the moment you think you know it all is the moment you stop evolving. That's why I'm currently expanding my skill set to become a more versatile, hybrid designer. I am currently diving deep into:

  • Video Editing, to master the art of motion and narrative flow.

  • 3D Modeling, to build compelling physical environments and assets.

  • 2D Animation, to bring my designs to life with movement.

  • Procreate, for faster ideation and digital illustration.

My journey has taught me the value of relentless curiosity. Today, my drive is simple: I never stop learning, and I never stop looking for a better way to communicate.
